REQUIRMENTS

  • Minimum 3 years experience working in international 5-star luxury hotels.
  • Good leadership and team builder skills, interpersonal relations skills.
  • Fluent English skills and experience with the Smart Finder system are required.

 

KEY TASKS

  • Host function at the reception.
  • Ensure smooth, efficient work processes and adherence to Hotel standards.
    Lead, instruct and train employees to convey the hotel’s image and atmosphere through his/her exemplary attitude, warm and friendly welcome, availability and frequent presence in the field.
  • Manage and motivate the teams in order to improve sales and the quality of service offered throughout the Hotel.
  • Create an exceptional team and work closely with all operational departments to ensure the success of the property.

REQUIRMENTS

  • Minimum 2 years experience in related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage and good personality.
  • Good leadership and team builder skills, interpersonal relations skills.
  • Fluent English skills.

 

KEY TASKS

  • Develop, conduct maintain all staff training programs for team members, focusing on their development needs, providing them with new skills to meet the changing needs of the business.
  • Prepare weekly staff schedules keeping in mind anticipated business, operating budgets and standards of service.
  • Maintain complete knowledge of all food & beverage services, contents & preparation methods, outlets and hotel services/features.

REQUIRMENTS

  • Bachelor degree in Finance and Accounting or any other related field of knowledge.
  • Good command of computer skills.
  • A strong leadership and accurate decision making.
  • Strong team spirit and supervision skills.
  • Good in problem solving and budget analytical

 

KEY TASKS

  • overseeing and directing all aspects in finance and accounting related e.g. Payable, Accounts Receivable and Income Auditor.
  • Ensure that subordinates are performing their tasks properly and efficiently.
  • Prepare and monitor budget and cash flow of the hotel.
  • Perform other duties that may be required from time to time.
