Job Scope

  • Ensure an efficient reception experience for guests including check in/out, reservation and complete audit procedures (Cashier close shift), as required.
  • Greet, always welcome, and take care of all guests.
  • Assist guests for restaurant, tour, and transportation arrangement.
  • Provides information to guests as required.
  • Follow company brand standards.
  • Handle guest complaints with professional

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel and Tourism / English or related field.
  • Experience in hotel front desk operation in an upscale, deluxe hotel is preferred.
  • Certificate in hotel management or related disciplines preferred.
  • Good interpersonal skills and personality as well as service minded.
  • Good command of English is a must.
  • Able to communicate in other languages, i.e. Cantonese will be an advantage.

Job Scope

  • Perform staffing process including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding.
  • Work closely with Functions Head to identify training and development needs.
  • Oversee payroll process ensuring correctness and timely payment.
  • Ensure all company policies and regulations are applied consistently.
  • Support staff and management on day-to-day issues.
  • Serve as the point of contact for employees’ relations and communicate with employees.
  • Provide support and guidance to solve employees’ issue to Function Heads
  • Handle disciplinary action and termination of employees in accordance with the company rules and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in HR field and at least 3 years’ experience in manager level
  • Hands-on experience in payroll processing and employees’ relation issue
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of Labor Law
