REQUIRMENTS
- Minimum 3 years experience working in international 5-star luxury hotels.
- Good leadership and team builder skills, interpersonal relations skills.
- Fluent English skills and experience with the Smart Finder system are required.
KEY TASKS
- Host function at the reception.
- Ensure smooth, efficient work processes and adherence to Hotel standards.
Lead, instruct and train employees to convey the hotel’s image and atmosphere through his/her exemplary attitude, warm and friendly welcome, availability and frequent presence in the field. - Manage and motivate the teams in order to improve sales and the quality of service offered throughout the Hotel.
- Create an exceptional team and work closely with all operational departments to ensure the success of the property.
REQUIRMENTS
- Minimum 2 years experience in related field.
- Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage and good personality.
- Good leadership and team builder skills, interpersonal relations skills.
- Fluent English skills.
KEY TASKS
- Develop, conduct maintain all staff training programs for team members, focusing on their development needs, providing them with new skills to meet the changing needs of the business.
- Prepare weekly staff schedules keeping in mind anticipated business, operating budgets and standards of service.
- Maintain complete knowledge of all food & beverage services, contents & preparation methods, outlets and hotel services/features.
REQUIRMENTS
- Bachelor degree in Finance and Accounting or any other related field of knowledge.
- Good command of computer skills.
- A strong leadership and accurate decision making.
- Strong team spirit and supervision skills.
- Good in problem solving and budget analytical
KEY TASKS
- overseeing and directing all aspects in finance and accounting related e.g. Payable, Accounts Receivable and Income Auditor.
- Ensure that subordinates are performing their tasks properly and efficiently.
- Prepare and monitor budget and cash flow of the hotel.
- Perform other duties that may be required from time to time.
